Charlotte NC Chantilly Market Report (03/13/2009)

Chantilly
Tucked quietly between Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood, Chantilly is one of Charlotte's favorite historic districts. Located in the shadows of Uptown Charlotte North Carolina real estate is the Chantilly community. Chantilly features beautiful, narrow streets with charming cottages and a warm, neighborhood feel.  Comparable to Elizabeth and Dilworth, Chantilly's historic development also boasts tree-lined streets and affordable cottage-style residences surrounded by expansive, stately homes.

Charlotte NC Chantilly Market Report

Chantilly has always been a highly sought-after neighborhood.  Even in this climate, those shopping for real estate that want to be in the Uptown area and be in an affordable community, choose Chantilly.  The most recent market analysis shows sales in Chantilly slowed a bit over the past three months but, days on the market dropped and sales prices increased a small percentage.

Buyer's market in Chantilly? I have always loved Chantilly when I lived in Charlotte. I used to live close to there and my sister lived in Eastover area. I thought it was charming.

That is an excellent market report format - clear and concise.  People don't want to read a rambling report,  Karen

Debe,

I really like the picture of the home in your report.  Is your market starting to pickup?

Sounds like a beautiful area.  And your stats are certainly encouraging.  Thanks!

TLWRight back at 'cha!  You've been on my mind all day.  Hope you had a good one...

Sandy:  Not quite but, they're moving--just a bit slower!

Karen:  Well, thank you!  I agree--I like to look at pictures and graphs--forget the words on analytical data!!

Don:  How are you?  Thank you so much--how about sending me a buyer for it!?

Carol:  It's a quaint, charming true old fashioned neighborhood!  I just love the old homes built in the 40's and 50's!

Providing market reports is a great way to not only provide information to the public but it also keeps you in touch with your market.
