Wow Debe! This is better than any Real estate magazine, MLS or any other advertisement. This really captures the neighborhood and brings it into the living room of a potential client. This is excellent and what a beautiful neighborhood! It's no wonder that North Carolina is one of the top states for relocation.

Karen: Thank you so much! Like I said, I have a long way to go but, it's been fun learning to get these videos rolled out to the consumer.
Renee: Thanks! You wouldn't have wanted to hear the original breeze in the camera mic! However, there were quite a few chirping birds that I also had to eliminate to get rid of the wind in the video. And, you're right, Heydon Hall IS an amazing community!

Beautifully done, great info on the community and a well done voice over. From your video and some others I can see the value and benefit of adding a voice over instead of simply typing in some comments.
I've got a ways to go but working on it. I do the Visual Tours for Robins listings including the ones I list for her and want to start getting into adding my own videos. I like the idea of combining true video with photos and the voice overs.
