I think townhomes are going to become more popular for people in the future, given the concepts of urbanization.
I wish there was a pool I didn't have to maintain in my neighborhood. Looks like a lovely place with all the conveniences.
Are there any homes for sale in Charlotte that don't have your sign in their front yards?
If so, those folks didn't hire the best agent in the area!
