Charlotte NC Market Reports - DILWORTH 06/15/2010

Charlotte NC - Dilworth envelopes residents and visitors with its tree-lined streets which front beautiful, architecturally designed homes, many with wrap-around porches.  As well, quaint little shops and restaurants are all within walking distance to homes in Dilworth Charlotte NC.  Local merchants offer personal attention as well as an ambiance that is simply Dilworth’s trademark.  It is difficult to believe that anyone ever considered Dilworth a 'suburb' as they did in the late 1800's.

Take a tour and see why Dilworth is the choice among many Uptown young professionals, retirees and families who simply adore the 'neighborhood' feel of Dilworth.   Architecture, including many craftsman style homes and older bungalows with streetscapes that tell the story of Historic Dilworth, is unique to Dilworth Charlotte NC.  Recent revival with renovation of old and new construction have given yet, another, reason to call Dilworth Charlotte NC home.

Sales prices are up; Sellers in the Dilworth area, keeping with the trend not to price their homes so far above market value that they won't sell, are seeing sales prices at 91% of list price.  Days on the market have decreased a bit in Dilworth in recent months as well.  Dilworth Charlotte NC market absorption stats are below.

Debe,

I also like the report format. Clean, reader friendly, full of useful information. Not sure I understand the trend arrow for list to sales price.

Nice job showing the absorption rate too Debe. That's invaluable stuff when showing potential sellers the importance of pricing their home correctly.

I like the wording intro to the report...this is much more engaging then just slapping up a graph with a key word enriched heading
