Our sellers are thrilled to have found wonderful buyers who absolutely love this home!   Do enjoy the rest of the tour in Foxcroft tomorrow--some of the most beautiful homes in Charlotte are participating in the neighborhood Open House (that is, of course, with the exception of 2027 Sharon Lane!).

Foxcroft Charlotte NC

Foxcroft Charlotte NC is one of the most beautiful communities in Charlotte NC.  Take our online tour of the property at 2027 Sharon Lane Foxcroft Charlotte NC.  This one-of-a-kind neighborhood is considered one of Charlotte’s most desirable.   Homes  for sale in Foxcroft are surrounded with mature trees and gorgeous landscaping. The Crepe Myrtle trees canopy the driveways and streets through the neighborhood in the summer and the old oaks just seem to envelope you as you drive through the lush, green community!

Debe,'

Neighborhood open house? This is interesting. Of course, you are not participating, and I would assume you are happy about it, but the idea of doing open house in several (or all) homes in the neighborhood is interesting.

Beautiful flyer you have there.

Debe - Beautiful flyer.  What a great way to announce that the home is under deposit.  You do such great work.  Why would anyone hire any other agent in your area?

Good -- happy to hear it -- all the best -- get a happy buyer!

Now that's a very good reason to cancel the open house.  The sellers need to start packing!
