Hi Diane, thiis is a very nice rental listing and price.  Good luck with this listing. In my area we do not have a rental management company, we just send out a "looking for a rental" message to the MLS board.  One day we may get a rental company....seems like no one wants the headache.

Diane

I like the way vFlyer lets you do layouts.  Looks like a nice place.  It's fun for us to see snow in exteriors though in Atlanta, you just don't get that often:-)

Hope it gets rented quickly.

All the best, Michelle

Hi Diane,

This looks great!  And as we know, after the winter season in the Chicago area, the next season is not only spring, but also "rental season."  Best of luck on your rental listing.

Diane, that is a nice rental, and I would be surprised if you don't have a renter for it very quickly.

Hi Rebecca!  Thank You! In our neck of the woods property management is greatly needed... regarding it being a headache... we are graced for it, so.....  Hey very nice picture of you... good to see you!

Hi Michelle!  We have been flooded with calls for those seeking occupancy.  Gives us more to screen from.  Thanks for your well wishes..... today the rains came after experiencing temps in the 60's yesterday.... so all the remaining evidence of snow has been washed away...

Deena!:  Thanks for your greetings... we do not foresee any hindrances in getting it rented - just in choosing the best fit!

Mike:  It's appealing for sure!  Regarding the spiritual posts.... I am loaded... just need to find the time to spill it out and pen it.... it's nice to be missed.... thank you!

Gene:  Prioritizing has made me place AR on the back burner.....  just stealing a little time for now in between the poofs!  If you don't see me often, do know that i'm just trying to balance.... until i get as good at this as you!

Irene:  Things are still very active around here.... just took a pause to post... thanks for caring enough to check up on me Irene.

Mary:  MY MY MY All these new mug shots around here... yours is very becoming!  Thanks for your blessings on the listing.... so what's cooking?  No - don't tell me .... i will go take a look!

Karen:  Tell me about it!  Thanks for stopping in from the Windy City!  BTW - send some GOOD rentals this way when you find them!

Hi George:  You are right on again!  They are lining up! Now, if i could just get some that had half of the faithfulness you posses, i'd keep a full house!

Carole:  Thanks for peeping in on me... but seriously, the V Flyer makes me look like a pro... cannot take all the credit!

Diane, Your flyer presentation is fabulous! And the compliment that Gene gave you is sa-weet! I wish you the best in leasing this listing quickly!

Diane - You have some of the nicer looking rentals!  Where in Indiana do you manage properties?

Posted by Irene Tron about 2 years ago

Wanda - I like that expression.... SA WEET... must use it.  You know, the V Flyer people make me look real good.... just select the frame and paste your stuff in them from the website.... I'm grateful for the privilege of being able to use them for free!  Regarding Gene.... he is FULL of it (charm that is)

Irene:  We are blessed to have favor with owners in Schererville, Hammond, Gary, Highland, East Chicago, & Merrillville.  (If we get asked in other areas we will consider them).  The fees we get from managing covers the GNIAR costs since we do not have agents to sell and list in Indiana yet, and my activity is minimal.  Lately, we have become more selective and have downsized and turned down.  We are a huge help to those who cannot sell in this market for there are always renters seeking to rent nice homes!  Thanks for asking!

Diane,

You do an outstanding job with your listings. I can understand why home owners in your area list with you whether it's a rental or a sale.  We miss you.

Diane, What a nice looking listing!  It looks like an ideal place to rent although I could do without the snow.  We have missed you!!

Posted by Marchel Peterson Spring TX Real Estate E-Pro (Results Realty) about 2 years ago

Hi Judy!  We do OK and have the potential to do better once we get the operation flowing more responsibly, but are excited about our future!  I miss you and the others also.... but must become better balanced... Thanks for caring!

Marchel.... I have missed you guys too... If there were more folks we could delegate to, we would.  Regarding the rental, it is well favored by our audience, and as this is being written, all of the snow has melted or is being rained on right now! Have a good weekend!

Hi Diane, another one of your great properties!  So, how much longer are we going to see listing pictures with snow in them???  I know, I know...some of the worst storms Chicago has seen have been in April...actually, I remember my last week of High School (in the '60's) and I saw flurries...it didn't last...it didn't stick...but there snow flakes in the air.

Posted by Nick T Pappas - Madison and Huntsville Alabama (Assoc. Broker ABR, e-Pro, @Homes Realty, Huntsville AL) about 2 years ago

Hi Nick:  The rain has washed away all of the snow... however you should know there just MAY be more before the greening is complete... we have accepted this, knowing it will not last forever like you said..... Have a great week!

Diane, Back in the swing of the rain, eh?!!! Well, I for one have missed you and I hope your very well advertised deal gets swooped off of the market like it should!

Jane how i've missed your verbal twang stemming from that liberating wit of yours hunnie!  Not back entirely.... just had to place a few things out there...  We have gotten many calls about this one.  It's these types of from-the-heart greetings that makes one feel mightily celebrated! blush blush.... thank you Jane!
