The Foxcroft Homeowners Association is "dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the quality of life for our Foxcroft residents.” The FOHA has maintained the highly sought after community including two recent collaborative efforts – the Neighborhood Community Water Fountains and the Susan Phelps Memorial Garden.
The water fountains seem to have generated a greater sense of community within Foxcroft while simultaneously enhancing the community as a whole. The Foxcroft Homeowners Association is now maintaining the permanent water fountain in the Foxcroft neighborhood on the grounds near the tennis courts. The FHOA’s mission is to improve the neighborhood and increase the values of homes in Foxcroft Charlotte NC, a highly sought-after community, in which the residents are so very proud to live and play.
FHOA has teamed with Foxcroft Swim and Racquet Club to complete another project - establishing the Susan Phelps Memorial Garden, and the preservation and enhancement of the neighborhood permanent wooden benches and garden near the tennis courts. Foxcroft Hills, in the heart of the Foxcroft neighborhood, is situated on 13 private acres and is one of Charlotte’s oldest and most active clubs.

Debe,
Another gorgeous home. Presentation is wonderful, as usual. And you added the sound, wow.
Great home, wishing you the best of luck with it.

Hi Jon - Thank you so much! (The sound is from a tutorial did for someone and I can't get rid of it! I think that once it rolls to the next page, it will no longer be disturbing!)
This is just a photo of a home that is in the neighborhood that photograph well! Foxcroft Charlotte NC is one of the premier communities in the area and I thought I'd feature it this week. Have a wonderful week...
I just checked out the Foxcroft subdivision on your FREE home search, and I can truly say that I could live in any one of those!
Great job Debe showcasing this lovely subdivision!
Debe ---- when you post came up, the music really startled me --- very nice post and I do like the music.

Debe...The Foxcroft area looks like our Broadmoor and Cathedral Pines area...Thanks for the post...Cherise
Debe: Nice post but I'm not sure I like the added music. Love music but ususally multi-task...right now watching news (like so many others are) and the music put me off a bit. Just my 2-cents.
Craig: So you liked my FREE home search for Foxcroft Charlotte NC huh?! I have been in each and every one of these to preview or show clients recently and I too, would be happy with any of them! A couple I'd like to get my hands on and renovate--maybe in my retirement I'll have the time to do that again!
Mama Liz: Sorry about the music--I posted a tutorial that had a video in it that does have music. As soon as I post enough for that one to make it to the second page, the music will go away!
Cherise: Foxcroft is SUCH a beautiful community and a favored one here in Charlotte. The homes are simply gorgeous!
Kristen: Thanks--sorry about the music (read the comment to Mama Liz)! It'll go away soon, I promise!
