Great Home Diane - Financing is the big elephant nowadays - even 20% down buyers are having to jump through hoops to get mortgages - nowadays the real work comes after the contract is signed - just getting a deal to close is a miracle of GOD :)

Jeff says HVCC is more like HAVOC than anything ;0

We should all start a chicken soup for the REALTORS soul with all of our long stories combined :)

This will sell - it's too beautiful and priced very well!

Hi Grace!  Havoc... is right!  I like your chicken soup idea too... My looongest waits though, are the short sales... loss mitigation is more like LOST mitigation... for they seem to disappear on you right in the middle of an excepted deal!  We did receive a prequal letter yesterday for this house, however the small unfinished basement seems to deter the best buyers!  When the owners designed the home, their thoughts were centered only on what THEY wanted at the time...
