Karen Anne:  Tonight is the grand opening of the building and I am hoping to snag a renter at the event!  I'll have lease-in-hand!!

Sandy:  Come on over to the grand opening tonight--this place is gorgeous and I'm on the amenity level--on the city side so that there is no noise but, it's conveniently located!  Come out tonight--it's right across from the Dowd Y and is from 4 to 8.

Larry:  Thanks!  This is my own and I finally got the advertising done to rent it!  I'll be at the grand opening of the building this evening to hopefully find a renter for it!  No, as a matter of fact, I have many great shots from hard-hat tours of the building that have the stadium in the shot!  The location is SUPERB and the view is spectacular!  Send me a renter!
