Look for the REAL thing in real estate...!!!
In almost 40 years in real estate and title insurance I have seen many attempts to 'fool the public' with sham corporations, multiple 'companies' having varied names, affiliated business arrangements, and various other 'hooks', deceptions, phony and misleading advertising, misrepresentations, downright lies, etc...all in the attempt to gain financial success and 'bleed' money from vulnerable and naive consumers...!!!
In other words, instead of building a legitimate business from the ground up based on integrity, service, and hard work, and trusting that those efforts will return a just reward, some have constructed their MOs from the top down...scheming, cheating, and conniving on how to 
'capture' consumer bucks, often under the illusion of providing essential services...!!!
'Find the money and figure out how to access it' is the typical mantra of these sorts...
You've seen and witnessed these type operations and perhaps you were even a part of one of these networks...
Hopefully, you've learned from your experiences and put plenty of distance between being a full fledged 
honest real estate professional and an opportunist seeking only financial gain...!!!
If you choose real estate as a career, choose the road less travelled and you will also be greatly rewarded financially...!!!
