In The Shadows Of Democracy...!!!

When I first started blogging almost 3 years ago, I quickly came to an appreciation of how easy it was to set up a 'sham' operation using the internet without any real 'bricks & mortar' presence or expense...in other words 'a virtual shell game'...!!!  

I wonder if that's what the current administration is doing with regard to our great Republic...Let me explain...  

It seems as though there are many in political office today who are not crazy about our Constitution as it currently stands, our democratic ideals (small 'd'), or our Judeo/Christian beliefs, etc...Some would like to change our system to a more government controlled system, some think our Constitution needs to be modernized and updated, some deny the blessings of a beneficent God and the gifts He has bestowed on our nation, and some openly espouse Socialism over the Republic we now enjoy...  

Up to now, our 3 branch checks and balances form of government has slowed attempts by 'progressives' and 'liberals' to accomplish these goals...  

Unfortunately, what I see happening is a setting up of a 'shadow' structure...operating outside or just within the bounds of our Constitution, whereby most of the elements of a Socialist form of government are being put into place apart from our Constitutionally mandated system...  

At the 'liberally appropriate time', then, this sham or skeleton operation will simply slide over and take the place of our current Republic, and we will no longer be a nation of laws, but we will become an aristocratic socialist bureaucracy ruled by power hungry, power mongers whose godless and narcissistic ideals become forced upon all citizens...  

That's the Progressive MO, and, if successful, will establish once more a people who have failed to learn from history...  

But my wavering faith, at times no greater than the size of a mustard seed, is still burning within, and reminding me not to lose hope...  

My Hope is not in men or women, but in the Creator...and He will not be mocked...  

One nation, under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all is what I ask of My Father in Heaven...!!!
