If you haven't already noticed, fuel prices, hot on the trail of the recent oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, are 
rising faster than your Mother's home made bread...
To top it off (pun intended), other events such as the San Antonio refinery fire, etc., haven't help stabilize gasoline prices either...
My personal opinion is that these events were instigated by OPEC or someone who resents the US from becoming self reliant and taking advantage of our own God given natural resources...
In any event.......What does this have to do with baseball??? Or Real Estate???
For myself, I will try to drive less, work harder at my Title Insurance business, and WATCH MORE BASEBALL...!!!
