Normally APB stands for All Points Bulletin, and indicates a message that is intended to be distributed to as many people as possible as quickly as possible...!!! You've seen and heard it many times on TV 
shows...!!!
I would like to suggest by the writing of this post a slightly different APB...an ALL PRAYER BULLETIN...
Let me explain...
There are over 130,000 Active Rainers and counting as of this writing! There are probably a couple of thousand Active Rain bloggers...!!! And these consist of all faiths, all denominations, all philosophies of life, life styles, occupations, and beliefs...!!!
Yet in spite of the diversity of our membership, there is a solidarity among Active Rain members...in short...we care about one another and we care about one anothers problems and difficulties...
At first, I had an idea of creating a kind of 'CENTRAL CLEARING HOUSE' for prayer requests, and instead of forming a new group...I thought of having one post in which the comment thread could be used to offer prayer requests upon which members of Active Rain would pray according to their own methods...prayer requests could be made anonymously or otherwise, either for healing, special needs, praise, or whatever...of course in keeping with Active Rain guidelines...
This would afford all of us an opportunity to support those of our brothers and sisters in the RAIN in their time of need...simply by checking in occasionally (daily if possible)...even by setting this link as a favorite to monitor when time permits...
Love and common sense would determine proper decorum...
My belief is that God listens to prayer...He still heals and provides...He performs miracles...and when His children unite in prayer in great numbers His power is awesome...!!!
It's that simple...STOP...!!! STOP...!!!
BUT THEN...While perusing the Internet I ran across a website which touched me and I would like to recommend this site for your prayer requests and spiritual needs...
You see, believe it or not, just like most of us are real estate professionals and are focused on OUR occupations, so there are people and places that dedicate their whole lives and resources to praying and interceding for others...OF ALL FAITHS...
Below is a prayer basket...imagine your prayer requests being deposited into this prayer basket from which those who read these prayer requests may remember them and recommend them in their prayers...!!!
It's not like we're abandoning our duty to pray for one another...instead it's kind of like advising a FSBO to seek the services of a professional real estate company...!!!
I thought of making this a 'MEMBERS ONLY' post, but then I relented...why deny ANYONE in need access to God and Prayer...!!!
