Many people I talk to today are disenchanted, even disgruntled with politics in America as it currently 
works...!!!
I don't think the problem is so much with ‘The System', as it is with those holding public office...
Do you see politicians acting as ‘Public Servants'...???
Do politicians in general seem as though they look down on those of us they represent...superiors rather than equals...???
Do individual politicians seem to be ‘God Centered'...???
In civics, I was taught that the three branches of government were formed to be a system of ‘Checks and Balances', not individual power centers...The power should always be vested in the people and exercised at the ballot box...!!!
If there is one element of our system that has caused the most distress in our Country's everyday life it is ‘Moral Decay', as evidenced by our progressive moves away from ‘Natural Law'...!!!
We have thrown out all semblance of basis on Natural Law, and opted for a ‘Subjective Truth' litmus standard, which by implication is far from real truth and creates one slippery slope after another...!!!
Skiing anyone...???
Unless our elected officials get back to the basics, root themselves in some way to our Creator, and see themselves as co citizens ‘with us' rather than rulers ‘over us'...this slide will continue...
How close we are to the bottom of these slippery slopes only God knows...
Unless our politicians are anchored in Natural Law, whose Author is God The Creator, they will continue to be deceived and represent us aimlessly...!!!
That is why I will continue to Trust Him and His Divine Providence...
As for me and my house, we will serve The Lord...!!!
