I forget who thought of 'Wordless Wednesday', but for me it has been a copout and excuse not to take the time to write a post on Wednesday...
And for me, writing is the most exciting part of blogging...it allows you to pour your brains out and see, electronically, how your brain is functioning...
And that can be scary at times...!!!
Anyhow, it's Wednesday and I've already thrown up my 'Wordless Wednesday' quickie for today...BUT...
As you can see, I still have the itch to write...and so...
I'll rant for a while about the summer going by so quickly...and how I'm still trying to snag a few days this month to get away somewhere...
Not from my family, but from the daily routine and daily grind...
Maybe a few days just to drop that baited hook into the water...or beach comb looking for treasures in the surf...or, in case it would rain, reading a couple of good books...or just walking through the woods...
Really, just going somewhere, and even without a preplanned agenda...
Scary, risky, scatterbrained, disorganized, mindless...MAYBE...BUT...
Gee, that sounds great...!!!
