I can't seem to get GeorgiaBaseball off my mind...!!!
My Phillies have a three game series with The Braves, Followed by The MLB All Star Game, all while my youngest son, Jared will be participating in our City County League 12U playoffs this weekend...!!!
Having come in first in our regular league play, we earned a number one seed in the playoffs...
This has been a great year for our players and coaches...We came in first in several major tournaments including one in Boyertown where we handed the Boyertown Bears their first defeat of the season after 17 games without a loss...a first at Cocalico...and a prestigious first in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware at the Bronx Cheer Gala...!!!
Now, with games scheduled for Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon, we have our work cut out for us...
Hopefully by Sunday Evening.......We will have much to be thankful for...!!!
