Today is probably the first 'summer typical' day of the year in our area...Coupled with the fact that my 
Phillies are getting swept by the Miami Marlins...it has been a Freaking Hot Afternoon, FHA, in Southeastern Pennsylvania...!!!
Of course, I have endured watching the Phillies get clobbered from the comfort of my air conditioned den...outhit, outpitched, outhustled, outwitted, and outplayed...all while my dedicated wife, Benita, was out pulling weeds in the sweltering humidity...!!!
Well, her birthday is coming up, so I'll have to make it up to her...!!!
Getting back to the Phillies, they only seem to play great when they're pressured...backed into a corner or up against a wall...they were too content to see a 7 game lead diminish to a 4 game lead...!
I guess that's human nature, though...we all tend to coast when we're in the lead...We forget how the hare was outwitted by the tortoise...!!!
In business...CONSISTENCY IS KEY...!!!
And perhaps in life as well...!
