Obeying the Ten Civil Commandments of the US will also work:
1) Believe the oath to defend the Constitution you took when you were elected
2) Bipartisanship implies partisanship...all members of Congress are elected to SERVE ALL AMERICANS...in a nonpartisan manner
3) No new laws can be enacted before two old laws are done away with...fix immoral laws already on our books
4) All terms should be limited...NO CAREER POLITICIANS
5) All members should serve at no pay...no benefits...just for the privilege
6) No more than the percentage of Lawyers, Economists, & other Professionals currently existing in the population may serve in Congress
7) Lie detector tests to be given to all candidates...AVOWED COMMUNISTS NEED NOT APPLY
8) TOTALITARIANISM is inconsistent with a government OF, BY, and FOR THE PEOPLE
9) VOW to Obey the real TEN COMMANDMENTS
10) If you're not Judeo Christian, Vow to obey the natural law, obey the Golden Rule...AND...Pray Every Day...AND...
JUST FOR GOOD MEASURE...I'll add an 11th Commandment
11) Legislators should legislate, Justices should render justice, and Executors should execute existing laws...!!! (The nuns called this MYOB)
