Today is March the 16th (3-16), something that I have been looking forward to simply because it's also my business name 3:16 team REALTY.
Secretly, I've been looking forward for this day because it means something to me, but not the rest of the world. My first notice about this upcoming date was a while back when a friend from church told my husband the story of how he was really suppose to take this job offer, move to a new place and that his new start date was even 3-16. That everything was God-ordained. That was the first that I heard of March 16th (3-16).
Most people think it's John 3:16 but it's actually 1 John 3:16, "For we now know what Christ's love has done for us, we must now do it for one another"... It's the foundation of this business and all it represents: the love of serving others.
I really hadn't thought of making this a post just because what else would I write about other than that that I already constantly do. Okay, I lied. Maybe I do have a motive. I'm about 620 points away from another mile market... 300,000 points. When I do achieve that, it means that Texas will now have 5 bloggers over the 300,000 point hump. I look forward to it and what better way to do it this week! With Monday 3-16!!! You bet I will have something real to talk about then. (I hope!)
So, this morning I received this wonderful email from a new Active Rain friend, Aaron Williamson - who just shared with me that today's date reminded him of my blog and my business. He said that there is no real reason to communicate other than he thought about me. I thought it was very sweet that someone would notice.
